Thank you for visiting Illumination Island, a site dedicated to sharing my thoughts and life experience.

While I currently spend most of my time teaching elementary school and high school students, I like to spend some of my spare moments learning about how I can get the most meaning and enjoyment out of life. I do this by reading a lot, and having conversations with anyone and everyone.

Through my posts, I hope to convey some of the ideas that have crossed my path that I think are worth pondering and discussing. Of these, many will be relating to world progression in the form of self-improvement. With a little change in each of us, we will start to see big changes in the world.
